Tool, the rock band which has transformed the way things are, is finally giving everyone a bit, not merely of their songs, but of the different fashion statement too. This rock band was put together within the 90′s and was first known for their heavy metal type of music. Everyone that enjoys this sort of music hailed their first album, Undertow, which was launched around 1993 to 1995. Just before that however, the band released a trial recording dubbed as Opiate with tunes that are described by the band as “slam and bang” heavy metal. The funny thing is that in the music video of the song Hush, they were not wearing Tool t-shirts but stickers that read: Parental Advisory.

Followers even had a far better treat as the second studio album Ænima launched on October of 1996. The album became a triple-platinum on March of 2003. If there’s anything that sets Tool as a band from all the other sprouting heavy metal groups, it’s their use of graphic arts for their albums too. This specific recording showcased comedian Bill Hicks, and the band referred to him as another dead hero. This rock band dedicated the recording to him (who passed away two and a half years earlier) because these people feel that he resonated exactly the same concepts and ideals as they are.

On 2001, this rock band furthermore released one more album, Systema Encéphale, containing 12 tracks. The group however, was hounded by difficulties of file sharing networks mainly because bogus files of their tracks were being made obtainable. The band members – drummer Danny Carey, vocalist Maynard James Keenan, guitarist Adam Jones and bassist Justin Chancellor (who replaced Paul D’Amour in 1995) – had been really critical of file sharing networks because of the unwanted effects they have on musicians which are greatly relying on record sales.

A month after that, this rock band revealed that the album’s label will be Lateralus, and that Systema Encéphale and the track that include this were all a ruse. With the album and with tours, the band later on took one step forward into alternative and progressive rock.

In 2006, the band released yet another album, 10, 000 days. And the band virtually has this “cult” of fans on their belt.
