Help! My shoulders are killing me!?

i play the Bass Drum in my high school marching band. i just started marching practice again and im not used to the drum yet. After practice my shoulder’s and shoulder blade’s are hurting so bad. i cant afford to get a massage after every practice cuz im only 15…. any1 have a way i can get my shoulders to stop hurting at least a little?
